After design approval, we produce detailed CAD drawings and outline costs and timelines, choosing the best manufacturing solution from our manufacturing facilities in the US, Mexico and China.
After you approve the CAD drawings, we will build a sample display at our manufacturing plant. This step takes about 2-3 weeks and allows you to see and approve the actual product before we proceed with full-scale production.
We maintain the highest standards of quality control throughout the production process, keeping you informed along the way. Lead time in the US is normally 4-5 weeks, in Mexico is 5-6 weeks and in China, it takes 9 weeks to deliver to our US distribution.
