The Concord Displays Process
Crafting solutions that engage customers and enhance the retail experience, Concord Displays In-Store Solutions is your single-source partner for in-store merchandising, POP displays and retail signage. Ensuring your satisfaction with every project, we have refined our design and manufacturing process to efficiently and affordably meet each of your marketing objectives.
The first step toward producing a successful in-store merchandising program and supplying the best-possible finished product is to understand your objectives. We begin with an initial client consultation, where we discuss project timing, costs and budget parameters, materials preferences, program duration, design specifications and logistics. This in-depth meeting helps us kick-off the design phase with a full understanding of what you would like to accomplish.
Once our merchandising strategists have an understanding of your retail program requirements, our award-winning display designers begins to put ideas to paper. Working with your specific criteria or creating original, eye-catching designs for you to choose from, our team provides detailed sketches for design approval. If necessary, full-color renderings are also provided.
When the design phase is complete, Concord Displays supplies a working prototype for signature approval. We have the ability to create virtually any kind of prototype—from corrugated white samples to complex permanent display units using wire, wood, acrylic, PVC and foam. The completed prototype allows us to make any required design changes prior to the final production run. Conscious of your timeline, we can have many prototypes done within two weeks, and be in production within three weeks.
Twenty-five years ago, Concord Displays began as a pre-press and color separation company. Because of this expertise, we have the printing angle covered. We routinely use litho, digital and screen printing for many of the displays we produce, and our color matching ability is unparalleled. You can expect sharp, vibrant color on any of Concord Displays POS displays or merchandising signage.
Concord Displays in-house facility enables us to produce many point-of-purchase display and signage programs under our own roof; however, we have also established numerous trade partners over the years. These partners provide us with reliable, cost-effective options for specialty and overflow work that we are otherwise unable to produce. In order to become an approved partner of Concord Displays In-Store, each supplier must meet strict requirements with regard to service and quality control. This enables us to offer superior merchandising programs at a competitive price, every time.
For merchandising programs requiring assembly and packout, we have dedicated staff members who will assemble the display units and complete the fulfillment process. We will wafer-seal, poly-bag, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, box up, label and palletize to prepare for safe shipping.
Concord Displays can either drop ship to an individual location, or ship by truck or air to regional distribution centers. We also provide warehousing for just-in-time delivery service.
